Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Krakow-based team. You will participate in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closings, delivering analytics that translate data into actionable business insights. You will drive standardization projects and collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operations.

The role requires 3+ years in finance, strong English, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. A hybrid work setup in Kraków with flexible arrangements is available.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, audit or related finance function.
• Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics and IFRS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in budget, forecast and business plan preparation.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support decisions.
• Turn financial data into business insights and recommendations.
• Lead projects to standardize processes and drive improvements.
• Perform variance analysis and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end month-end closing processes.
