Job summary

Demant Polska is seeking a Software Developer to drive our transition to Dynamics Finance and Operations and the D365 suite. You will contribute to software solutions supporting global retail operations from Szczecin, collaborating with an international team.

In this role you will design and maintain scalable infrastructure, empower product teams, and work closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality code, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant technical education and have a strong grasp of REST API concepts.
• Work experience in an Agile software development environment with a quality-focused approach.
• Understand the software lifecycle processes and are committed to maintaining robust architecture, codebase, tests, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement integrations to interface D365 Finance and Operations (DFO) and D365 CE with other applications, utilizing methods such as the Data Management Framework, Azure APIs and Microservices, Dataverse, Datalake, and Synapse workspaces.
• Develop solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Apps Component Framework, etc.) and support related customizations.
• Conduct code reviews with colleagues and work closely with developers to ensure team deliveries.
• Review and provide input to technical requirements, staying updated on new object-oriented design trends and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to guidelines, standards, and best practices while maintaining high quality of delivered code through unit testing and agile processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the entire application lifecycle.
• Develop the pieces that will enable the other teams to do their work.
