ACCA Careers in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Planning and Forecasting Finance Analyst to support forecasting, planning and monthly reporting. You will collaborate with finance partners and business stakeholders to deliver accurate plans, explain variances, and improve processes in our P&F team.

You will grow within a technology-enabled finance function, with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and learning. The role involves a hybrid work model with two on-site days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• 1–2 years of finance experience in forecasting, planning, reporting or financial controlling.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Comfort with finance systems such as SAC, planning tools, or reporting platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English; ability to present financial information clearly.
• Desire to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines.
• Coordination, planning and organization skills to prioritise workload.
• Positive attitude and ability to influence team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Create forecasts, plans and demand forecasting exercises for the assigned country.
• Maintain financial models to provide monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Link plan to actuals and analyze variances with clear commentary.
• Support month-end close tasks including variance analysis.
• Provide regular reports using new technologies to support decision making.
• Reconcile data across systems and resolve discrepancies with regional teams.
