Job summary

Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland Limited (CFIL) Warsaw hub is seeking a Junior Finance Analyst to support day-to-day management reporting, cost analysis, reconciliations and T&E reporting from Poland. You will work closely with Dublin colleagues and take ownership of defined recurring deliverables while developing into FP&A and business partnering.

The role reports to the Poland Finance Lead and integrates with the CFIL Finance team remotely.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified accountant with active progress towards qualification.
• 1–3 years in finance, preferably in financial services.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Experience with dashboards (Power BI) desirable.
• Understanding of IFRS and expense policy controls is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review daily management information and KPI reporting.
• Own monthly INFoRM reconciliation and CDMR-related tasks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Assist with T&E reporting and related controls.
