Job summary

GSK in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Planning and Forecasting Finance Analyst to join the European Planning & Forecasting Team. You will support forecasting, planning and monthly reporting to a variety of stakeholders, working closely with finance partners to deliver accurate plans.

We value curiosity, clear communication, and a willingness to learn, with a hybrid work model in Warsaw (2 days on-site) and growth opportunities within Global Functions Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of finance experience in forecasting, planning, reporting or financial controlling.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAC or SAP Analytics Cloud and planning tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to present financial information clearly.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills to prioritize workload.
• Positive attitude and ability to influence colleagues.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid Warsaw office (2 days on-site).

Responsibilities

• Create forecasts, plans and demand forecasting for the assigned country.
• Maintain detailed monthly and quarterly financial forecasts.
• Link plan to actuals and analyze variances.
• Provide clear commentary for finance partners and stakeholders.
• Support month-end close tasks and variance analysis.
• Use new reporting technologies to provide regular management reports.
• Reconcile data across systems with regional teams.
