Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize and evolve enterprise finance systems within a global technology-driven organization. You will work closely with finance and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions for international operations, driving operational excellence and strategic transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Finance experience.
• Expertise in GL, fixed assets, multi-currency, period-end closing, intercompany accounting and statutory reporting.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, user support and documentation.
• Independent work style with ability to collaborate across international teams.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and enhancing finance ERP functionalities and driving improvements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into system solutions.
• Leading discussions around financial processes including period-end, intercompany, asset accounting, tax processes and reporting.
• Gathering, analyzing and validating requirements, performing gap assessments and supporting solution design.
• Participating in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Ensuring governance, audit and control compliance while supporting cross-functional integrations.
