Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to maintain, optimize, and evolve enterprise finance systems. You will work closely with finance and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions supporting international operations.

You will lead financial process discussions, gather requirements, and participate in implementation, testing, deployments and post-go-live support while ensuring governance and controls across integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Finance Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, fixed assets, multi-currency operations, period-end closing, intercompany accounting, and statutory reporting.
• Fluent English with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in gathering requirements, business process analysis, testing, and solution documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance finance-related ERP functionalities and ensure stable day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into system solutions.
• Lead discussions around financial processes including period-end activities, intercompany, assets, tax processing, and reporting.
• Gather, analyze and validate business requirements, perform gap assessments and support solution design.
