Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Poland and Eastern Europe within the Prepared Foods division. The role focuses on executing the sales strategy, developing strategic account plans, and building long-term partnerships with key customers across Poland and Eastern Europe.

You will analyze customer processes and market trends to identify growth opportunities, manage a healthy pipeline, and drive revenue growth while working in an international, matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in capital equipment or related industries
• Experience working in an international and matrix organization
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Execute the commercial strategy for the Prepared Foods segment across Poland and Eastern Europe.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and market potential.
• Identify, qualify, and drive complex capital equipment and integrated solution opportunities from concept through closing.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations.
• Lead customer engagement strategies and coordinate resources across Sales, Solutions, Service, Applications, and Project Management teams.
