Job summary

Heilind-4 is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to drive growth across southern and south-eastern Poland, building strong customer relationships and delivering technical expertise on site.

You will cover major cities in the region, including Kraków, Katowice, Kielce, Rzeszów and Lublin, and manage accounts to translate demand into revenue. This role blends field sales and technical support to advance business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management in a technical/industrial environment (electronics/electrical preferred).
• Bachelor level degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Structured, proactive, customer-oriented mindset with hands-on mentality.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the assigned sales territory, including account planning, customer coverage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new customers.
• Identify and structure new business opportunities; support design activity and conversion into revenue.
• Provide market and customer intelligence and translate into focused actions.
• Prepare and submit reports on defined KPIs to the manager.
• Lead commercial discussions (pricing, terms) and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution.
• Plan and coordinate activities in local projects or workstreams with management and stakeholders.
