Job summary

Sumitomo Electric Hartmetall in Poland seeks a Field Sales Engineer (m/f/x) for cutting tools to strengthen our South Poland service team. You will build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.

You will combine technical machining know-how with sales skills to achieve targets, support customers, introduce new products, and conduct machining tests while coordinating projects and reporting to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Completed industrial/technical training or equivalent.
• Preferably skilled worker in metalworking or mechanical engineering (metal cutting).
• Good technical knowledge in machining.

Responsibilities

• Realize the defined sales targets.
• Provide technical and commercial support to existing customers and maintain contact.
• Acquire new customers and identify turnover expansion opportunities.
• Introduce new products to the market and customers.
• Independently conduct machining tests and manage projects.
• Carry out market observation and reporting to supervisor.
