Job summary

Sumitomo Electric Hartmetall in Poland is seeking a Field Sales Engineer (m/f/x) for cutting tools to strengthen the North Poland service team. You will realize sales targets, support customers technically and commercially, and drive new business opportunities.

The candidate should have technical training or engineering background, strong machining knowledge, and willingness to travel. Polish fluency and basic English are required for daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Completed industrial/technical training or equivalent.
• Preferably qualified skilled worker in metalworking or a mechanical engineer with exposure to metal cutting technology.
• Good knowledge of machining and related processes.
• Willingness to travel and manage projects.
• Able to communicate in Polish and English at business level.

Responsibilities

• Realize defined sales targets.
• Provide technical and commercial support for existing customers and maintain contact.
• Acquire new customers and identify turnover expansion opportunities.
• Introduce new products and perform machining tests.
• Manage projects and keep market observation and reporting of customer data.
