Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist / Medical Representative in Poland to manage doctor and pharmacy relationships, drive sales for Allergan Aesthetics products, and execute strategic plans with sales management.

This field-based role requires frequent travel, strong product knowledge, and a proven sales track record. You will develop and implement business plans in the designated region, provide training on AA products, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize market-share

Qualifications

Educated to degree level.
Experience in the commercial healthcare sector and/or medical aesthetics or similar business (2-3 years of PS, medical representative or equivalent role).
Demonstrable success in negotiating, consulting and building relationships, leading to over achievement of performance measurements.
Willingness to travel regularly and hold a valid driving licence.
English - intermediate or above.

Responsibilities

Commercial Management: drive sales performance, engage with customers to place orders, present policies and offers, achieve territory objectives.
Customer Relationship Management: build long-term relationships with HCPs and pharmacies, deliver product trainings and support.
Planning: daily activity planning, CRM-based call planning, budget use, keep business plan up to date and adhere to ethics and promotional strategy.
