Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, seeks a Product Specialist to coordinate relationships with physicians and pharmacies in designated Polish districts. You will drive awareness and appropriate use of AA products, work with affiliate sales to implement effective approaches, and manage the portfolio's sales performance in the region.

The role requires field-based engagement with HCPs, a drive to meet growth targets, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Experience in the commercial healthcare sector and/or medical aesthetics or similar business (2–3 years of PS, medical representative or equivalent role).
• Business acumen required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to deliver services.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Valid driving license.

Responsabilités

• Commercial management: drive sales and engagement with physicians and pharmacies in the territory.
• Achieve quantitative sales objectives for the designated territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with AbbVie Allergan portfolio.
• Increase market share of Allergan products within the territory.
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Provide training and support on product use and applications.
• Plan daily activities, optimize call planning, and use CRM to report KPIs.
