Job summary

Travel up to 80% and fieldwork across Opolskie, Śląskie, Małopolskie voivodship, with opportunities to engage with key opinion leaders and professional societies,

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Clinical Specialist role OR a clinical background as a registered nurse, with hospital experience preferred
• Fluent Polish and conversational English; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured product and educational training programs for healthcare professionals across multiple levels of complexity
• Provide clinical support and consulting to healthcare professionals in alignment with current national and international guidelines
• Coordinate customer projects with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and optimize processes
• Facilitate implementation of service solutions, including best practice training and e-learning programs
• Build and maintain credible relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies
• Gather and share medical insights to inform evidence generation and business strategies
• Participate in scientific exchange, exhibitions, workshops, and information events
• Document project processes and analyze performance using available data systems
