Job summary

Eurofins Scientific invites ambitious graduates to join its General Management Program in Katowice. Over two years, you will develop managerial, financial, and operational skills while contributing to live projects from day one with mentors.

You will learn across functions, shadow leaders, take ownership of small projects, and prepare for a leadership role. Fluent Polish and English expected; MSc preferred.

Qualifications

• MSc degree (preferably in Management, Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field).
• Ambition to become a leader and manage a business unit in the future.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn to understand the bigger picture.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Fluent Polish and English; global operations imply international environment.
• Some knowledge of finance and operations (P&L, cash flow, project management) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take part in a fast-track General Management Program over two years.
• Develop managerial, financial, and operational skills with mentors.
• Shadow leaders, attend leadership meetings, and contribute to decisions.
• Lead small projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers and collaborate across international teams.
