Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is launching the International Graduate Program 2026, a one-year fast-track management track with three assignments across core business functions, including a 4-month abroad and a permanent contract from day one.

We seek Master’s degree holders with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, fluent in English and Polish, and with initial international exposure, to join a collaborative culture, URW Academy, language support, and rich benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top-ranked business school or program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• First experience abroad and interest in international mobility.
• Fluent in English and Polish; intermediate in another Group language (French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, German, Czech).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three core business areas and contribute to business outcomes.
• Engage in real assignments with exposure to senior management.
• Participate in international placement and CAR development opportunities.
