Job summary

Eurofins Scientific invites ambitious graduates to join its General Management Program in Katowice. Over two years, you will develop managerial, financial, and operational skills while contributing to live projects from day one with mentors.

You will learn across functions, shadow leaders, take ownership of small projects, and prepare for a leadership role. Fluent Polish and English expected; MSc preferred.

Job Description

This General Management Program is a fast-track career path designed for individuals with strong leadership potential. Over two years, you will develop essential managerial, financial, and operational skills, preparing you for a leadership role within our organization.

What You’ll Do & Learn

This role is designed for someone just starting their career but eager to take on big responsibilities. You won’t just be observing – you’ll be actively involved in key projects from day one, with full support from experienced mentors and managers.

  • Start from the ground up: You’ll spend time learning about operations, understanding how different departments function, and getting hands-on experience in daily activities.
  • Work closely with experienced leaders: You will shadow managers, attend leadership meetings, and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Develop leadership skills: We’ll provide structured training in people management, effective communication, and strategic thinking.
  • Take ownership of small projects: You’ll have the chance to lead initiatives that improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Learn financial & operational fundamentals: We will train you in financial planning, cost management, and how to run a successful business unit.
  • Engage with customers: You’ll gain insight into customer needs and help build strong relationships that drive business success.
  • Be part of an international team: Collaborate with teams from different locations, exchanging knowledge and best practices.

By the end of the program, you will have the skills and confidence to step into a leadership role and lead a team or even an entire department.
