Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent English is required; other languages are a plus.
• Experience or interest in Learning & Development and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of learning initiatives, managing timelines and stakeholder engagement.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses following standards and processes.
• Create supporting learning materials such as guides and manuals.
• Update multilingual versions of courses using translation resources.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning content and learner experience.
