Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator in Katowice to support learning and development across its international network. You will manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and help create engaging digital training.

You will design and develop e-learning courses, materials, and multilingual versions while contributing to continuous improvement of content and learner experience in a fast-growing, global environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field including business, HR or science.
• Excellent English language skills and strong written/verbal communication.
• Experience in learning & development or e-learning projects is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple learning initiatives with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of learning initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses following standards.
• Create user guides, quick references, manuals, and handouts.
• Update multilingual versions of courses using translation resources.
• Improve learning content and learner experience across Eurofins network.
