Job summary
The International Centre for Translational Eye Research (ICTER) in Warsaw is seeking a Technology Transfer Coordinator to bridge scientists and industry, drive commercialization of eyewear and translational research, and manage IP and licensing processes. Join a multidisciplinary team working on Horizon Europe initiatives and cutting-edge ophthalmology tech.
You will educate researchers on IP, coordinate NDAs and MTAs, and build partnerships with industry, investors and accelerators to advance
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or 3+ years in innovation/technology management in industry.
- Strong understanding of IP principles.
- Experience in bringing research to market via licensing/start-up/IP transfer.
- Polish language (B2) is optional.
- Excellent command of English (C1).
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing technology transfer and commercialisation strategies for research results.
- Identifying R&D results with commercial potential and supporting protection/monetisation.
- Coordinating IP protection processes (patents, know-how, licensing).
- Maintaining IP/transfer documentation in accordance with regs and EU standards.
- Collaborating with industry partners, incubators, and external stakeholders.
