Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in transportation management or organized logistics sector.
• Proved knowledge of Transportation and Logistics industry.
• Analytical, facts and figures decision based.
• Experience in omnichannel distribution (wholesale, retail, e-commerce) is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Monitor carrier performance and service levels for all product categories distributed locally, and report deviations against SLAs.
• Track and report service quality and claims.
• Act as single point of interface for internal and external customers to improve transportation methods and meet delivery requirements.
