Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our expanding team in Poland. You will gather and document business requirements, translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications, and design UX artifacts in Figma for a data-driven marketplace.

You will work in an Agile environment, collaborate with developers, maintain comprehensive documentation, and support backlog grooming and ceremonies, while communicating fluently in English with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery.
• Hands-on UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma experience.
• Strong ability to write functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in close collaboration with developers.
• Fluent written and spoken English for documentation and communication with international stakeholders.

Senior Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery
• Hands-on experience with UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma
• Strong ability to write functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in close collaboration with developers
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
• Fluent written and spoken English for documentation and communication with international stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in data-related domains such as data platforms, analytics, or data governance
• Experience working on data marketplace, data catalog, or data platform products
• Familiarity with data mesh architecture
• Background combining UX design and IT analysis responsibilities within a single role
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
