Job summary

Jit Team in Poland seeks an Expert IT Analyst to join a large Core Banking Transformation program. You will bridge business stakeholders and development teams in a complex banking environment, driving end-to-end requirements and ensuring clear specifications.

You will analyze, document, and translate requirements into features and user stories, collaborate with architects and delivery teams, and identify dependencies to enable successful delivery in a 300+ participant program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact.
• Experience within the banking sector, preferably in a large financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and processes.
• Experience working in large-scale programs involving 300+ participants.
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

Join a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program focused on replacing legacy banking systems with a unified Core Banking Platform. As an Expert IT Analyst, you will drive requirements end-to-end, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams in a complex banking environment.
