Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an EUS Tower Lead in Kraków to drive end-user services solutions across presales and delivery for complex client engagements. You will partner with clients, bid teams, and senior stakeholders to translate capabilities into business value and to shape competitive solutions for modern workplaces.

You will own the presales lifecycle, develop cost models, contribute to SOWs and SLAs, and guide cross‑functional teams of SMEs and solution architects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in presales, solution management, or solution development focused on End User Services or Digital Workplace environments.
• Experience supporting workplace transformation initiatives with Microsoft 365, virtual desktops, endpoint management, and workplace security.
• Strong understanding of EUS including Service Desk, Onsite Support, Workplace Services, and Modern Workplace operating models.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and ecosystems (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, MECM/SCCM, AVD, Citrix, Windows).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of End User Services solutions across transition, run, and transformation phases for complex client engagements.
• Own the EUS Tower contribution throughout presales lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution scoping, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Collaborate with bid managers, solution architects, SMEs, and other tower leads to define integrated client solutions.
• Develop solution cost models, including licensing, hardware, software, and third-party services.
• Support the preparation of commercial and contractual deliverables (SOWs, SLAs, solution documentation).
• Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to present, defend, and refine proposed solutions and value propositions.
• Drive alignment across delivery teams and partners to clarify responsibilities, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
• Leverage market trends and industry best practices to identify workplace transformation opportunities.
