is seeking an experienced EUS Tower Lead to develop innovative, scalable Employee Experience solutions for complex client engagements. Working closely with clients, bid teams, and senior stakeholders, you will combine technical expertise, business insight, and market knowledge to create solutions that drive workforce productivity and digital workplace transformation across modern enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in presales, solution management, or solution development, with a focus on End User Services, Employee Experience, or Digital Workplace environments.
• Experience supporting workplace transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365, virtual desktop solutions, endpoint management, workplace security, application transformation, or user experience management.
• Strong understanding of End User Services, including Service Desk, Onsite Support, Workplace Services, and Modern Workplace operating models.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to perform cost estimations, build cost models, assess risks, and develop business cases.
• Ability to present solution strategies to executive audiences.
• Experience coordinating bid teams and SMEs.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of End User Services solutions for complex engagements.
• Own presales lifecycle including requirements analysis, solution scoping, RFI/RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with bid managers and solution architects to define integrated client solutions.
• Develop solution cost models, including licensing, hardware, software, and supporting assumptions.
• Support the preparation of commercial and contractual deliverables, including Statements of Work and SLAs.
• Engage with clients and senior stakeholders to present, defend, and refine proposed solutions and value propositions.
• Drive alignment across delivery teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure clear responsibilities and risks.
• Leverage market trends to identify opportunities and strengthen the Employee Experience portfolio.
