Michael Page's client in Poland seeks a hands-on Branch Director for the Katowice region. You will take full responsibility for operational and commercial performance of the Wrocław business, lead the transport operation and develop the customer portfolio across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for operational and commercial performance of the Katowice/Wrocław business.
• Manage and develop local transport operation, including drivers, planners and staff.
• Develop new B2B customers and expand the customer portfolio.
• Ensure service standards, fleet utilisation, cost efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate international road transport operations across Europe.
