Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Director / Senior Asset Manager to lead asset management of a logistics and industrial portfolio in Poland, based in Warsaw. The role offers significant autonomy, close interaction with investors, and a pivotal position in shaping the platform's operational capabilities and growth.

You will drive leasing performance, oversee tenant relationships, manage budgets and reporting, and coordinate technical projects and fit-outs across assets, with emphasis on value

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in logistics and/or industrial real estate.
• Strong leasing expertise, including negotiations and tenant relationships.
• Experience overseeing property operations, budgets, and value-add initiatives.
• Familiarity with technical projects, fit-outs, and refurbishment programmes.
• Experience preparing reports for investors, lenders, or ownership groups.
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of investment performance drivers.
• Established network within the Polish logistics real estate market.
• Fluent Polish and professional English language skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• The Director / Senior Asset Manager will take full ownership of asset management activities across a portfolio of logistics and industrial properties in Poland.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income and negotiate lease agreements.
• Monitor occupancy, operating expenses, service charges, and asset budgets.
• Coordinate technical projects, tenant fit-outs, and refurbishment works.
• Prepare regular asset performance reports and portfolio updates for investors and stakeholders.
