Job summary

DSV is seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist to support daily trailer fleet operations across Europe. You will manage trailer availability, fleet utilization and respond to internal customer needs in an operational role.

In this role, you will coordinate trailer flow, register MOTs and maintenance requests, and collaborate with workshops and technical teams to keep data accurate and up-to-date. Strong English communication and a structured, detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, fleet control, forwarding, or haulage.
• Good understanding of transport operations and customer needs.
• Structured and systematic approach to daily tasks.
• Attention to detail and focus on results.
• Clear, direct, and respectful communication style.
• Good command of English for daily cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trailer fleet availability and smooth daily operations
• Coordinate trailer flow: registration, rental services, and redelivery
• Match available trailers with internal customer needs
• Register MOTs and maintenance requests in the Fleet Management System
• Keep service contacts and operational data up to date
• Work closely with DSV workshops and technical teams
