U.S. Bank's Elavon unit is seeking a delivery-focused leader to run Partner Operations across Europe, owning partner relationships and the end-to-end delivery behind them.

You will guide large European operations teams through senior leaders, accountable for performance, capacity and quality. You will drive an automation-first approach, own SLAs and KPIs, and partner with Product, Technology and Risk to prepare markets for go-live while maintaining a strong risk and control environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of people leadership, including managing managers.
• Proven experience managing partner, client or third-party relationships.
• Experience leading operational teams with SLA, quality and volume accountability.
• A track record of owning and delivering strategic targets with automation and digitisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills, using data and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of card acquiring, payments or financial services, and partner/merchant onboarding processes.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Own the performance of Partner Operations and the European operations teams delivering partner and merchant processing against strategic targets.
• Set direction and roadmap for the area in line with Operations strategy and business needs.
• Hold full accountability for SLAs and KPIs with focus on service delivery and partner/merchant experience.
• Own partner governance – performance reviews, service standards, action plans and follow-through.
• Act as senior escalation point for significant partner issues and address root causes.
• Own capacity planning, forecasting and workload allocation to protect service levels across markets.
• Drive daily performance management with clear targets and reporting; reduce errors and rework.
• Champion an automation-first approach, simplifying processes and controls.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology on system changes, releases and go-live readiness.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment with documented procedures for audits.
• Present performance, risks and plans to senior leaders with data-driven updates.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and senior specialists to build an inclusive, high-performing team.
