Job summary

U.S. Bank's Elavon division seeks an FP&A Analyst to support the Global Fund Services in Europe, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

This highly visible role partners with leaders across finance and business units to drive insightful decision making. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years FP&A experience in financial services, advanced Excel, and the ability to translate large datasets into clear insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A experience in financial services or funds industry.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced Excel skills (index/match, pivot tables, modeling).

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasts and quarterly rolling forecasts with insights.
• Assist in financial close, variance analysis, and reporting packs.
• Partner with GFS leaders on performance interpretation and scenarios.
• Drive process improvements in planning, reporting and data quality.
• Provide analytical support for strategic projects and initiatives.
