Job summary

ALSO Group is seeking a seasoned Logistics & Warehousing Projects Manager to lead regional initiatives across Europe from Warsaw, Poland. You will design scopes, define milestones, coordinate cross-country teams, manage external partners, and ensure disciplined execution with transparent reporting.

You will drive standardization of logistics processes, implement WMS/ERP/BI tools, and monitor KPIs while balancing cost, quality, and on-time delivery. Occasional travel (20-40%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in project management within logistics or warehousing.
• Proven track record of implementing complex logistics projects.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and logistics process design.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel (20–40%).

Responsibilities

• Planning, launching, and managing logistics projects with regional or group scope.
• Defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and implementation plan.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and coordinating activities across countries, functions, and external partners
• Preparing business cases and investment assessments
• Facilitating workshops and coordinating project committees
• Reporting KPIs and preparing management materials
• Supporting standardization of logistics processes across countries and warehouses
• Participating in implementation projects involving WMS, ERP, BI and other tools
