Job summary

Amer Sports invites an experienced logistics project professional to shape and supervise our European warehouse network. You’ll drive projects from concept through go-live, coordinating with operations, IT, procurement and external partners to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions across Europe.

You’ll lead tenders, manage scope, timelines and risks, and champion continuous improvement. Strong communication with senior stakeholders and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years in logistics, warehousing, or PM
Experience leading international cross-stakeholder projects
Experience with warehouse implementations/automation is a plus
Strong communication with brands and IT teams
Willingness to travel regularly

Responsibilities

Lead European warehouse and logistics projects from concept to go-live.
Own project scope, timelines, resources, risks and KPIs.
Coordinate warehouse implementations, optimization, and automation.
Collaborate with operations, IT, procurement, brands and partners.
Lead tenders and select logistics providers and technologies.
Coordinate system integration, testing, UAT/SIT and go-live.
Prepare updates for steering committees and senior stakeholders.
Capture learnings to improve future deployments.
