Mars is hiring an RTR Financial Controlling Lead in Warsaw with 3–5 years of accounting experience. Hybrid work setup with a focus on delivering reliable financial information across entities, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring timely closings and audits.

You will drive reporting quality and support decision-making in a dynamic international environment. Requirements include a university degree in accounting/finance, US GAAP expertise, SAP and advanced Excel skills, and fluent English.

Mansioni

• Ensure periodic closings are completed on time and accurately.
• Lead balance review to provide visibility and identify risks/opportunities.
• Coordinate account reconciliation using BlackLine and other systems.
• Support annual external audits and prepare financial statements per legal requirements.
• Manage period-end close activities across corporate systems.
• Prepare and monitor accrued liabilities and manual journal entries.
• Produce financial reports using corporate systems and reporting tools.
• Act as the link between the business and external finance service provider.
