Job summary

Dott, a leading shared micromobility company in Europe, seeks a Senior Controller in Wroclaw for hybrid work. You will manage close cycles, ensure accurate reporting, and drive process improvements across European and Middle Eastern markets.

You will lead a small team, partner with multiple finance functions, and contribute to AI-enabled finance transformation while mentoring juniors and delivering robust financial information for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years post qualified experience in financial controlling or similar roles.
• Experience in shared services, multinational environment, or multi-entity setup preferred.
• Strong accounting fundamentals; capable of leading audits and IFRS/GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own record-to-report process, GL, month-end close, and financial statements.
• Lead process improvements, standardisation and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Statutory Reporting, FP&A, P2P, Treasury & Tax.
