Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in finance or RTR functions.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong accounting, governance, and compliance background.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounting Control team, ensuring timely close and accurate reporting.
• Oversee balance sheet integrity, P&L accuracy, and controls.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, audits, and external advisors.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive standardization and automation.
• Partner with Finance leadership and global stakeholders on transformation.
