Job summary

Coloplast in Szczecin is seeking a dedicated Accountant on a temporary 12-month contract to join our AP/AR teams. You will process payments, handle vendor inquiries, reconcile ledgers, and support month-end close in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a university degree in finance or economics, very good English, strong MS Office skills, and attention to detail. Experience in accounts payable or receivable is preferred, with opportunities to develop in an international environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economics.
• Very good English language skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Able to work with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable processes.

Responsibilities

• Processing payment cycles and manual payments in bank platforms.
• Handling sensitive manual payments (salary, reimbursements).
• Communicating with external/internal partners to resolve payment queries.
• Processing outgoing payment bookings via AP and GL modules.
• Performing month-end/year-end close activities including reconciliations.
• Offsetting advances against final invoices and reconciling direct debits.
• Responding to vendor queries and initiating process improvements.
