Job summary

Hitachi Energy Poland Sp. z o.o. in Krakow is seeking a Workplace Investigator Europe to join the Legal & Integrity Function. You will handle investigations from intake to closure, collaborating with legal, HR, and integrity teams.

The role involves data collection, interviews, report writing, interaction with disciplinary committees, regional/global scope, and travel up to 10%. Strong English and eDiscovery tooling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate/workplace investigations.
• Preferred background in Law, HR or Audit.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with eDiscovery tooling (Zylab/Relativity).
• Fluency in both written and verbal English.
• Intercultural sensitivity and strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations from intake to closure with stakeholders.
• Collect data, conduct interviews, analyze information, and write reports.
• Interact with disciplinary committees at various levels.
• Coordinate regionally and globally when required.
• Travel up to 10% and train HR and Integrity colleagues.
