Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks an EOS Integration Deployment Lead to steer end-to-end integration efforts across Europe using S/4HANA-based systems. You will lead a team of vendors, manage regional deployment plans, budgets, and KPIs to ensure high delivery quality and strong stakeholder alignment.

You will engage with analysts to directors, promote the integration platform's capabilities, and help shape the deployment center of excellence as part of Mars' broad digital

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Considerable direct experience building, deploying, and delivering integration solutions in a multinational environment.
• Experience leading and managing third-party or outsourced partners, up to 20 resources.
• Expertise in integration technologies (APIs, events, EDI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies in software delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of vendor resources in building and deploying new integrations for our S/4HANA-based ecosystem.
• Oversee regional integration program deployment including resource planning, milestones, budgets and risk mitigation.
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure delivery performance and code quality.
• Drive the program across markets, starting with Europe deployments (Royal Canin focus).
• Engage with stakeholders from analysts to directors to ensure alignment and success.
• Champion the integration platform's capabilities and build partnerships across the business.
