Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Integration Architect to lead the design of enterprise-grade integration across a hybrid-cloud ecosystem. You will champion API-led connectivity and event-driven patterns to support global operations and ensure high availability and low latency.

Responsibilities include owning end-to-end integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, WMS, and retail channels, while mentoring teams and collaborating with security/compliance to enforce robust standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global CPG/retail/manufacturing architecture or architectural consulting.
• Deep domain mindset across O2C, P2P, and Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Proficient in API-led connectivity and modern integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy and domain architecture for hybrid-cloud ecosystem.
• Govern end-to-end integration across ERP, CRM, WMS, and Retail POS systems.
• Lead design reviews, establish reusable patterns, and mentor architects.
• Collaborate with DevOps/Platform squads for CI/CD, IaC, and containerization.
• Partner with security and compliance to enforce strong authentication and data protection.
