Job summary

Mars is seeking an experienced EOS Integration Deployment Lead for Europe to steer a major digital transformation program. You will lead a team of vendor resources and coordinate regional deployment of APIs, events, and EDI integrations within a S/4HANA-based ecosystem.

You’ll define KPI-driven delivery, engage stakeholders from analysts to directors, and shape the integration platform strategy across markets. The role offers a global impact with a focus on innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience building, deploying, and delivering integration solutions (APIs, events, EDI) in multinational environments.
• Experience leading third-party or outsourced partners, with a team of up to 20 external resources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies within the software delivery lifecycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of vendor resources in building and deploying new integrations for a S/4HANA-based ecosystem.
• Oversee the regional integration program deployment including resource planning, milestones, budget, and risk.
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure delivery performance and code quality.
• Drive program deployment across markets, starting with Royal Canin Europe deployments.
• Engage with stakeholders from analysts to directors to ensure alignment and success.
• Champion the integration platform's capabilities and build partnerships across the business.
