Job summary

InPost is seeking an SAP Center of Excellence Manager to own a functional area within our SAP CoE, covering S/4HANA rollouts and production systems operations across Europe. You will lead a functional team, plan resources, collaborate with governance, project & change teams, and manage external suppliers to ensure end-to-end process consistency.

The role requires deep SAP experience in FTM/OTC/PTP, strong English, and proven leadership in a global template environment; remote work within Poland

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP functional experience (FTM/OTC/PTP or related).
• Minimum 5+ years in team management and CoE-style leadership.
• Experience with SAP rollouts and ECC/S/4HANA maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead in a global template model and manage suppliers.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CoE team across FTM, Controlling, PTP, OTC, Basis, and developers.
• Plan workload and allocate resources between rollouts and BAU/maintenance.
• Deliver S/4HANA rollouts per global template and Europe scope.
• Oversee BAU operations and end-user support for SAP systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and governance teams.
• Manage external suppliers and monitor delivery quality and SLAs.
• Maintain end-to-end process consistency across countries.
• Monitor delivery risk and report status to stakeholders.
• Build strong business-IT relationships and manage expectations.
