3M is seeking an Automotive Sales Account Executive to drive profitable growth in the automotive market. You will engage with OEMs, Tiers, and Converters, coordinating with Global Key Account Management and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored 3M solutions and support regional priorities.

Fluency in English and Polish is required, with a background in complex B2B sales and portfolio management. The role is Hybrid in Poland, with travel up to 50% and a potential shift between home office

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, key account management, or customer management within a complex B2B environment.
• Higher education or equivalent professional experience in a commercial, technical, or business-related field.
• Experience managing global or regional customers and complex product portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable sales growth and contribute to operating plan targets.
• Lead strategic customer engagement with automotive accounts, including OEMs, Tiers, and Converters.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to support growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and align internal resources.
• Represent 3M professionally in customer interactions and drive long-term account development.
