Job summary

UBS in Poland invites you to join the Credit Risk Control team for a paid 6-month internship based in Kraków/Wroclaw. You will support Credit Officers and Analysts, participate in credit assessment workflows, and help prepare proposals and reviews.

You don't need previous professional experience; you will learn to monitor email queues, interact with Onboarding, Legal and Risk Control Operations, and gain exposure to OTC derivatives, securities financing and risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial markets, securities and banking industry.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to think critically.
• Excellent English communication skills; clear and concise.
• Quickly grasping new concepts.
• Able to work in a team and individually.
• Keen on learning applications specific to the department.
• Evidence of how AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support global Credit Officers and Credit Analysts.
• Involved in workflow of credit assessments, preparing proposals, reviews and rating requests.
• Monitor and manage team shared-mailboxes and assign requests to Credit Analysts.
• Interact with onboarding, legal, risk control operations to provide risk inputs and reporting queries.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc risk reporting.
