Qualifications

B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
3+ years of professional Python development experience.
Strong SQL skills with complex queries and performance optimization.
Proven track record debugging multi-layered technical problems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across the product suite.
Analyze application logs, database performance, and system behavior to identify root causes.
Implement fixes and patches deployed directly to customer environments.
Serve as a technical expert for resolved customer issues.
Collaborate with development teams to identify product improvements based on real-world issues.
Create documentation and diagnostic tools to enable support teams to resolve issues.
Clearly communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
