Job summary

Pracyva in Kraków is seeking a hands-on DevOps engineer who can lead major incident investigations, provide on-call support, and drive projects with junior engineers.

You will collaborate with App Teams to deploy applications to AWS, develop in Python, and automate solutions while contributing to security controls and infrastructure tooling.

This role mixes development, operations, and autonomy, with a focus on reliability in a global on-call rotation.

• Experience delivering enterprise infrastructure on AWS.
• Strong Linux/Windows OS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident investigations, provide on-call support and manage projects with junior colleagues.
• Deploy applications to AWS with App Teams.
• Develop in Python and automate solutions.
• Write Terraform scripts where required.
• Upgrade existing and develop new security controls.
• Provide 24/7 global support and coverage (rotational).
• Balance development, support and autonomous work.
