• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
• 3+ years of professional Python development experience.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across the product suite.
• Analyze application logs, database performance, and system behavior to identify root causes.
• Implement fixes and patches deployed directly to customer environments.
• Serve as a technical expert for resolved customer issues.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university
• 3+ years of professional experience developing Python -Must
• Strong SQL skills - write complex queries, optimize database performance, and investigate data issues
• Proven track record of debugging complex, multi-layered technical problems
• Ability to work independently and bring problems to resolution with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable transitioning between different types of technical problems
