Margo Group in Warszawa is seeking an ERP Migration Project Manager to oversee the strategic migration of ERP/EPM systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with the migration plan. The role requires proven ERP migration leadership, deep knowledge of ERP-driven business processes, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP/EPM migration activities to Oracle Fusion Cloud (EPM).
Coordinate collaboration between business teams, Data Governance, and system integrator.
Plan and supervise migration phases per schedule.
Leverage knowledge of functional objects and business processes across migrations.
Monitor system integrator's progress and ensure deliverable commitments.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate as needed.
Prepare progress reports and consolidate project information.
Prepare and facilitate status meetings.
Coordinate activities through to successful migration completion.
