Billennium is a global technology company seeking an ERP Solution Architect Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA-based Asset/Investment Management and Leasing initiatives for a global pharmaceutical organization. You will shape enterprise-scale ERP solutions, mentor teams, and ensure regulatory compliance in an international setting.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with product owners and stakeholders, and a focus on long-term roadmaps and modern integration approaches across SAP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharma or biotech, with knowledge of GxP, CSV, and GDPR.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.

Responsabilités

• Design scalable SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions for Asset/Investment management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring consultants and developers in sustainable solution design and engineering practices.
• Translate complex Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Partner with business teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align business needs with IT strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including GxP, GDPR, FDA/EMA and CSV standards.
• Shape long-term technical roadmap, evaluate new technologies and integration approaches, and minimize technical debt.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Solution Architect Lead specializing in Asset / Investment Management & Leasing to join a leading global pharmaceutical organization. This highly specialized role focuses on designing and shaping enterprise-scale ERP/SAP solutions while supporting strategic digital transformation initiatives in an international environment.

What you will do:

• Designing and guiding scalable, maintainable solutions across the SAP S/4HANA landscape, following clean-code and architectural best practices.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring consultants and developers in sustainable solution design and engineering practices.
• Translating complex Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management requirements into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Partnering with business teams, Product Owners, and key stakeholders to align business needs with long-term IT strategy.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA, and Computer System Validation (CSV) standards.
• Shaping the long-term technical roadmap, evaluating new technologies and integration approaches, and minimizing technical debt.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management.
• Experience designing solutions in complex enterprise ERP environments, including integrations and data architecture.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharma or biotech, with knowledge of GxP, CSV, and GDPR, would be a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/SAFe, Jira, ServiceNow, integration/middleware patterns, and international onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Fluent business English (C1).
