Seargin Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Architect to define scalable data and integration architectures and to lead technical teams on international SAP projects.

You will drive architectural reviews, guide solution design, and ensure compliance with GxP/CSV/GDPR across the lifecycle, while aligning with enterprise standards and long-term business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related field with at least 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture or a similar role.
• Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with standards.
• Expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management processes and SAP architectures.
• Strong understanding of enterprise and data architecture with integration/middleware patterns.
• Regulatory/compliance experience (GxP, CSV, GDPR; FDA/EMA where relevant).
• Commitment to clean-code principles and scalable solution design; ability to promote quality implementations.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring SAP consultants and developers; drive architectural reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder management in international, onsite-offshore environments; Agile/SAFe delivery; Jira and ServiceNow familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Define and guide scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with enterprise standards.
• Establish data architectures and integration patterns for complex requirements.
• Lead technical teams, provide mentorship, and promote engineering best practices.
• Lead architectural reviews, design discussions, and technical decisions across projects.
• Manage relationships with Global Business teams, Value Stream Leads, and Product Owners.
• Embed regulatory compliance (GxP, CSV, GDPR, FDA/EMA) into the solution lifecycle.
• Define technology strategy and roadmaps for Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management.
• Identify and mitigate technical debt; promote reusable, governed data products across the enterprise.

• Define and guide scalable, maintainable SAP S/4HANA solutions based on clean-code principles and enterprise architecture standards, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
• Define Data and Integration Architecture
  • Establish data architectures, integration patterns, and technical designs for complex business requirements, collaborating with developers and consultants on architecture decisions.
• Lead Technical Teams
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SAP consultants and developers, promoting technical ownership, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Lead architectural reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with established architecture standards.
• Manage Business Stakeholder Relationships
  • Collaborate with Global Business teams, Business Value Stream Leads, and Product Owners, translating complex business requirements into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Embed GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA, Computer System Validation, data governance, access controls, and traceability into the solution lifecycle to maintain secure and audit-ready systems.
• Define Technology Strategy and Roadmaps
  • Drive the long-term architectural vision for Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management, evaluating emerging technologies and SAP S/4HANA ecosystem capabilities.
• Identify and prevent technical debt, recommend future-proof alternatives to business requests, and promote reusable, well-governed data products across the enterprise landscape.

Requirements

• Education and Professional Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture or a similar technical leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, technical quality, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management
  • Strong expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management processes and solutions, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP architectures.
• Enterprise and Integration Architecture
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data architecture, and integration and middleware patterns, including the design of scalable solutions across complex technology landscapes.
• Regulatory and Compliance Expertise
  • Practical experience working in regulated environments, preferably in Pharma or Biotech, with knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), GDPR, and relevant FDA and EMA standards.
• Software Engineering Best Practices
  • Understanding of clean-code principles, software engineering standards, and scalable solution design, with the ability to promote maintainable and high-quality technical implementations.
• Technical Leadership and Mentoring
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide technical teams, including SAP consultants and developers, while driving architectural reviews and effective technical decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management and Delivery Methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in international, multicultural, and onsite-offshore environments, Agile and SAFe delivery, and familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow.
