Job summary

Billennium is seeking an SAP Team Leader to drive the international rollout of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and to design end-to-end planning processes across multiple markets. The role is hybrid, with 50% remote and 50% on-site work, starting in Kórnik, Bierun, and Tychy and expanding through phased rollout.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP).
• Strong expertise in S&OP, Response & Supply, Inventory and/or Demand Planning.
• Proven experience with international SAP IBP implementations or rollouts.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
• Experience with SAP IBP integration to SAP ERP/S4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Support the international rollout of SAP IBP across multiple markets and business units.
• Design and optimize end-to-end planning processes within SAP IBP.
• Configure and enhance SAP IBP Response & Supply, including order-based planning scenarios.
• Support S&OP processes, including planning cycles, process design and governance.
• Design and implement inventory planning and optimization processes.
• Analyze existing planning processes and translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses, workshops and solution-design sessions with international business stakeholders.
• Support the integration of SAP IBP with SAP ECC / S/4HANA landscape.
• Collaborate closely with the existing SAP IBP team and solution architects throughout implementation and rollout activities.
• Provide functional and technical guidance during testing, deployment, go-live and rollout activities.

About the role

We're looking for an SAP Team Leader to join our team.

Working model: Hybrid, 50% remote and 50% on-site

Initial sites: Kórnik, Bierun and Tychy, followed by further sites according to the phased rollout plan

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the international rollout of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across multiple markets and business units.
• Design and optimize end-to-end planning processes within SAP IBP.

Requirements:

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP)
• Strong expertise in S&OP, Response & Supply, Supply, Inventory and/or Demand Planning
• Proven experience with international SAP IBP implementations or rollouts
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions
• Good understanding of integration between SAP IBP and SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA
• Experience working with global templates, international stakeholders and local rollout requirements
• Fluent English and Polish language skills required
